Managers at all levels need to better understand the operations, manpower, finance and other resources of the enterprise. In the practical simulation session, the trainees play the role of the newly appointed CEO in the simulated situation, run the enterprise in the simulated environment, and strive to improve the business performance and market share of the enterprise.
This course emphasizes practice and application, especially in the form of online practical simulation, through which students can better apply what they have learned, and after the simulation, students will share their experiences and be interpreted by the instructor. Reports based on operational behavior are automatically generated after the simulation is complete.
